LP Booking & Cancellation Guidelines

At Luminous Physique, our goal is to create a smooth, elevated, and fair experience for every client. Because we are a small-format studio with limited X-Former availability, our policies help us maintain class flow, respect both our clients’ and instructors’ time, and provide everyone with a fair opportunity to reserve a spot.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND EXPIRED CLASSES/CREDITS DO NOT ROLL OVER.

Booking Window

  • Classes may be booked through the app up until 1 hour before class begins.

  • Once the booking window closes, the app will no longer allow reservations or class changes.

  • If space is available, clients are welcome to walk into the studio and ask the instructor to manually add them into class.

    Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Window

  • To avoid a late cancellation fee, classes must be canceled within the required cancellation window, 12 hours for standard members and 8 hours for VIPPs.

  • Our cancellation policies allow us to properly manage waitlists, class preparation, and the overall studio experience.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Late cancellations are subject to a $15 fee.

  • No-shows are subject to a $20 fee.

  • These policies help keep scheduling fair and consistent for all clients.

Schedule Changes

  • We understand that schedules can change, and while exceptions cannot always be guaranteed, we will always do our best to assist when enough notice has been provided.

  • Last-minute changes can impact waitlists, instructor preparation, and the overall group flow of class.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to maintain the flow and safety of class.

  • Late entry may not always be permitted once class has begun, especially for first-time clients requiring a machine walkthrough. A 5-minute grace period is in place to ensure safety and flow of class.

First-Time Clients

  • First-time clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early for a brief machine walkthrough and studio orientation.

  • Grip socks are required for all classes.

Waitlist Policy

  • Clients joining a waitlist may be automatically added into class if a spot becomes available.

  • If added from the waitlist, clients are responsible for canceling within the cancellation window if unable to attend.

Membership Freezes & Cancellations

  • Membership freezes and cancellations must follow the terms outlined in each membership agreement.

  • Requests must be submitted in advance.

Studio Etiquette

  • To maintain the elevated and mindful atmosphere of the studio, we kindly ask that phones remain silenced and unused during class.

  • Please be respectful of instructors, fellow clients, and shared studio spaces.

Policy Updates

Luminous Physique reserves the right to update studio policies, pricing, and scheduling procedures at any time as needed to improve studio operations and client experience.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us keep the LP experience smooth, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
